Step 1: Business Diagnosis and needs
Collection, organization, and assessment of the information pertinent to diagnosing a potential learning intervention.
Step 2: Setting Objectives
Clear and specific learning objectives are set in agreement with management.
Step 3: Program Design
Determine the structure of the learning intervention, and the sequence of the training (Action Learning).
Step 4: Program Implementation
Action learning teams are created which will address clearly defined and significant business projects and problems.
Step 5: On-the-job Support
On-the-job reinforcement and support.
Step 6: Evaluate Results
Data collection and analysis and assessment of the overall effectiveness of the program.
